Buttermilk Pie February 11,

One and three quarter cups of sugar
•1 stick unsalted butter (1/2 C.) temp.
Three eggs
A quarter teaspoon of vanilla essence
•Cast of salt

3-tablespoons all-purpose flour
1-third cup of buttermilk
•One unbaked 9-inch pie crust
To begin, cream the butter and sugar until smooth. To make sure the mixture is smooth, beat in the eggs one by one. Along with flour, add vanilla and salt. Combine buttermilk and beat until smooth. Arrange the pie crust on an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet (to collect any excess liquid).
Before placing the pie crust on top, fill it with the buttermilk mixture. Add the remaining mixture to a custard cup that has not been buttered. About 1 hour and ten minutes of baking time at 300 degrees. When you take it out of the oven, lay it aside to cool for a little before you serve it. Keep refrigerated with a lid.
Graze it!
