How to easily prepare a Russian salad
This easy Russian salad has the advantage of being delicious. It's a very simple dish to prepare that doesn't require much cooking experience. If you're in a hurry or don't want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen, it's an ideal recipe to treat your family.
To prepare an easy Russian salad, start by bringing two pots of water to a boil. Then, wash the potatoes and carrots and add them to the boiling water in the larger pot, without peeling them. Do the same with the eggs, which you will cook in the smaller pot over medium heat.
Add two teaspoons of salt to the vegetables and a pinch to the egg pan and cook the eggs for 10 minutes, the carrot for 20 minutes and the potatoes for 30 minutes, checking that they are tender.
After rinsing the eggs under cold water, we peel them and separate the whites from the yolks. We chop the whites and put them in a large bowl, where we add the peeled and diced carrots and potatoes. We drizzle with olive oil and mix well.
