Tips: 2 tips to eliminate belly fat and loose skin under the arms

 

Looking better is undoubtedly the goal of many people. Sometimes, strict diets and intensive gym workouts may not be enough to improve our physical appearance. The first tip  is very effective for getting rid of belly fat in a month. It's a massage from traditional Chinese medicine, capable of improving circulation and increasing the body's ability to expel excess fluids and toxins. Below, we explain how to prepare the ointment to use during the massage.

Mix 4 drops of peppermint essential oil with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Pour a little onto your hand, lie on your back on a firm surface, and massage around your navel in clockwise circular motions. The massage should last 2-3 minutes and should be repeated twice a day.

The second tip  is very effective for eliminating loose skin under the arms. The causes of this unpleasant phenomenon are both subcutaneous fat that accumulates between the muscle and the skin (and tends to sag downwards) and poor elastin production. When absorbed by the skin, the iodine in seaweed accelerates the activity of fat-burning enzymes, while almond oil, rich in vitamin E, promotes elastin production.

Mix 60 grams of kelp powder with 120 ml of water and 5 drops of almond oil. Apply to the arm, then wrap loosely with plastic wrap (this will promote absorption of the ingredients). Leave on for 30 minutes, then remove the plastic wrap and rinse. Repeat twice a week for at least 3 weeks.
